PetroReland has mastered integrated engineering-geological technologies for onshore low- permeability reservoir exploration and development through organizing or participating in oil and gas exploration and development projects such as in Sonid Right Banner of Inner Mongolia, China; Northern Kashgar,Xinjiang; the JR Oilfield in Congo, Africa; and Alberta, Canada, etc. The company has accumulated experience in overseas equipment and material procurement, transportation, customs clearance, and cooperation with local stakeholders. It has improved its QHSE management system and obtained professional certification, gradually establishing a professional operations management team. In particular, the company has formed an experienced overseas team in recent years.
(1) Operator Project: Inner Mongolia Sonid Right Banner Oil and Gas Exploration
From 2012 to 2015,PetroReland and Yucheng Huifeng Investment Co., Ltd. (and its locally registered operating wholly-owned subsidiary:Sonid Right Banner Weiguang Technology Co., Ltd.) established a joint venture as the operator for the Sonid Right Banner exploration project in Inner Mongolia (mining rights area of 200 km²). Conducted 2D and 3D seismic data processing, interpretation, as well as comprehensive geological studies, drilled 5 exploration and appraisal wells, discovered a reservoir area of 16 km², and obtained over 14million barrels of oil in-place. Our company did not proceed with the development and transferred the project to another company in 2016.
(2)Operator Project: Canada Oil and Gas Exploration
In November2007,PetroReland registered Top Power Oil Limited in Calgary, Canada, establishing a Beijing-Canada research center. The company primarily focused on exploration and development within the Alberta Basin (Edmonton), evaluated over 300 blocks, acquired 8 exploration and development blocks totaling 13.6 km² in mining rights.The project was not developed due to the expiration of the mineral rights in 2013.
(3)Strategic Cooperation - Providing Comprehensive Technical Support for China Energy Development Holdings Tarim Exploration and Development Project
PetroReland formed a strategic partnership with China Energy Development Holdings Limited(Hong Kong listed company, 00228.HK) to leverage their respective strengths and carry out oil and gas exploration and development domestically and internationally. Since 2017, the two parties have engaged in comprehensive cooperation on the Northern Kashgar and the Akemu exploration project in the Tarim Basin,Xinjiang. PetroReland provides exploration and development plans and technical support for the projects.
(4)Strategic Cooperation -Providing Integrated Engineering-Geological Operation Services for the Onshore Low-PermeabilityJR Oilfield in the Lower Congo Basin
From 2016 to 2020,PetroReland undertook seismic dataprocessing, interpretation, and integrated geological studies for the JR Oilfield in Congo (Brazzaville), providing exploration and development plans for the oilfield. As a partner in the JR Oilfield, PetroReland organized 2 sets of 4000-meter drilling rigs and fracturing equipment to participate in the development of the oilfield. Through directional wells, horizontal wells, and volumetric fracturing, the production and recovery rate of this low-permeability oilfield were significantly increased, with a 3-5 times increase in the daily production of individual wells.
(5) Attempts in Overseas Oil and Gas Exploration and Development PetroReland has 6 overseas oil and gas exploration and production management personnel, including Hou Jianguo and Fu Guotao, who have previously served as production or management leaders in major overseas projects for CNPC and Sinopec. Fu Guotao and Zhang Baiqiao have extensive experience in tight oil and gas geology and integrated engineering management.
Since 2024, the company has conducted research and evaluation on dozens of overseas projects, selecting favorable blocks for oil and gas exploration and development with strategic partners. Service Commitment

Exploration and Development Plan

CNPC Tarim Yaha Gas Field: From 2010 to 2018, the company continuously provided development plans (including development well location deployment plans) for the Yaha Gas Field for 9 years. The geological reserves of the Yaha Gas Field expanded by 10.27 million cubic meters, strongly supporting the gas field's development. Furthermore, in the study of the Cambrian sub-mountain exploration in the YH Gas Field, the deployment of wells YH1-3 (2015), YH3C (2016), and YH105 (2017) led to breakthroughs, thereby opening up a new situation forsub-mountain exploration and development of the YH Gas Field.
CNPC Xinjiang Oilfield Branch:"SN Area Rolling Exploration and Development Target Selection and Deployment Plan Study," led to the discovery of the L151 oil reservoir;"Reprocessing and Interpretation of 3D Seismic Data in theSN24-L9 South Well Area" resulted in the deployment of 5 appraisal wells, all obtaining high oil production; "Splicing Processing and Reinterpretation of 3D Seismic Data in the K80-K81 Well Area" led to a breakthrough in well K021 (high oil and gas production); "Processing and Interpretation of3D Seismic Data in the Ma 1 Well Area, Mahu Sag" discovered 9 closures, with a total of 25 wells adopted for drilling and obtaining oil and gas.
CNPC Southwest Oil & Gas Field:2021-2022,"Annual Seismic Data Tracking Technical Service for Tight Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Department Projects" completed tracking for over 30 horizontal wells and more than 20vertical/deviated wells, with a100% target hit rate and an average reservoir hit rate exceeding 90%.

Seismic Interpretation and Reservoir Evaluation

Seismic Data Processing
In recent years, the company has undertaken and completed more than 50 two-dimensional and three-dimensional exploration and development seismic data processing and integrated projects for clients such as CNPC, Sinopec, and CNOOC.
